In order to obtain high-quality screen by making good use of the
tensile strength of gauze, QC-2 automatic screen stretching control
system will be in precise control of the whole screen stretching
procedure. In this way, fixed pressure will be exerted according
to the curve designed before so that screens will get exact tension
that required. Moreover, different screen stretching programs and
parameters will be set basing on the dimension of screens' frame,
gauze, fabric of screens, etc. Once the parameters are set, the
whole procedure will be strictly run. Under such circumstance, almost
all the parameters set for the production of each screen keep identical,
such as the tension, the thickness of screen, etc. As a result,
it will satisfy the requirements for high-precision, high-repetitive
printing works.
性能：
加压曲线：
*全程序自动控制分四段，2段为设定的加压段，1段为时效稳定处理段，1段为粘胶固化段。
*加压时间段 ：是相同曲线重复2段，每段8分钟，按设定好的张力值和加压曲线进行。
*时效稳定处理段：时间10分钟，准确,稳定保持设定的最大加压压力。
*粘胶固化段 ：待10分钟稳定处理段后，设备会蜂鸣，提示需人工进行施粘胶胶水的工作，待胶水固化后，完成绷网的全过程。
Pressure applying curve:
* The whole procedure for automatic control is divided into four
parts: two pressure applying periods, stable control period and
conglutination period.
* Pressure applying：During this period, it works according to the
tension and pressure-applying curve set before, the curve repeats
once and eight minutes are consumed during each period.
* Stable control (ten minutes): to maintain the maximum pressure
set before
* Conglutination: After ten minutes' stable control process, the
equipment will buzz as a signal for conglutination. The whole procedure
finishes after adhesive's solidification.
